How Do Preachers and Christians Slander God? This Will Enlighten You!
The “Hell and Torment” Concept is no-where to be found in the Original Manuscripts of the Bible, it has been discovered. No-one thought to look for it and it is a Form of SLANDER against God. It maligns His Loving and Merciful Character. Furthermore, it Aptly describes the Enemy’s Character (sinister and vengeful) when you think about it. Not a HOLY GOD.
Yes, when you think about it, who would have described Our Creator like that in the first place? That’s right: the Devil (Deceiver and Father of Lies) Satan also actually means SLANDERER. He’s up to his same Tricks again – in Ancient Egyptian Times – LYING to MAN about GOD. The Same strategy he used with our Foreparents Adam and Eve, when he Twisted GOD’s WORD.
There IS a SECOND DEATH which is a Spiritual Death and a Lake of Fire (instantaneous, finality, not long lasting) that speaks of the Wicked PERISHING like the Gospels speak about. Yes, not a Permanent Place of Never-Ending Torment. It simply isn’t there!
The Enemy is Happy for you to think that. And religious people like the Plymouth Brethren (a Christian Cult) revel in it as they “Heap judgement on Sinners” and Scorn them, putting thousands of People off of God and the Bible. The Perfect Plot.
And so was the Breeding Ground of where this Devilish Fable began in the first place. Two Christian Bible Researchers who were amazed when discovering it’s Absence in the Original Greek and Hebrew Texts were concerned enough to trace it back as Far as they could go and came up with an
“Ancient Egyptian Pagan Fantasy” that was also used to Restrain People from Offending and harming their Fellowmen.
Since there was no ‘Law and Order’ in Place in the World at that time, other Countries adopted it (Spread the Lie – Belief System) and it even made it’s way into the Bible in the Days of PAPAL ROME and King James Bible. And there it has stayed ever since – in Other Bible Translations as well; Preached in Sermons and Believed by Christians through the Centuries.
But notice Friends, that it did Not Start as a Christian Belief? It was an “Ancient Pagan Fantasy” that Went SECULAR a Long Time before it ever went Christian and Should Not be ENDORSED by Preachers or Christians. In other Words, it’s HERESY like Other Heresies by Papal Rome, and is Babylonian in nature. As many of us are aware, Babylonian Teachings contain a lot of horrific depictions of the Netherworld and are actually strongly condemned in the Bible as Evil – Not Godly!
As mentioned, there is no such word as HELL in the Original Bible (Manuscripts) The Translators did replace the word SHEOL which means GRAVE with Hell. And also the word GEHENNA which symbolises the Lake of Fire (Instant, not Never-Ending) with Hell. That’s Changing God’s Word and TORMENT is Adding to God’s Word!
There is another place in Scripture where Papal Translators Added one word to a Verse and Completely Changed the Meaning, which has troubled many too. That is in Exodus 34:7 in the Old Testament.
Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
(A Serious Error – See Why)
The Lord continues to describe Himself, “Keeping Mercy for thousands”. “Keeping” is natsar, meaning to Guard, Maintain or Protect out of a sense of responsibility. “Mercy” is checed, meaning Kindness and Benevolence (coming to the aid of those in need). Checed always emphasizes the idea of Covenant Relationship. And when checed and natsar are used together it is always to illustrate the principle of Covenant responsibility! This is God’s own description of His attitude towards His people – He has obligated Himself to be Merciful (see Micah 7:18 which says that God “delights” in being Merciful).
The translators added these supposedly to clarify the meaning. The word “clear” in this sentence is naqah, and means, “to be clear of an obligation or responsibility”. By removing “the guilty” from the text, the meaning becomes evident: “God will by no means ever clear or release Himself from His covenant responsibility to maintain His mercy by continuing to Forgive our sins”
This is one verse the translators of all the versions have not understood – they have all made the same mistake, by adding the word guilty, so it makes sense.
But it absolutely does NOT……… for The Lord to say, how Good and Merciful He Is and in the very next words, to read what we do in our printed Bibles.
NO, indeed not, The Lord is not going to Forgive us and Punish our offspring instead.
Nice People, those Translators! Thank goodness the Rest of the Scriptures are in tact.
Think about the comforting words you have read here and forget the other!
The Enemy (Arch-Slanderer of God) made sure there was just enough Error in these Scriptures
(Added to Early Translations) to discredit and defame God, casting a Shadow on His TRUE NATURE and really troubling us.
That’s why Jesus called him a TROUBLEMAKER – “The Father of LIES!” from the Beginning” (John 8:45) He MESSED with Christianity – How we Fellowship Etc – through Constantine, and he Messed with Scripture concerning Our Eternity (if we miss Heaven)
Update July 2026
LET’S STOP SLANDERING GOD RIGHT NOW. SHALL WE?
Let’s Not Preach or Believe that Stuff anymore!
I wrote this Article a Year ago and then removed it, but more has come to light I will cover in a 2nd Article soon, that has to do with an Early Christian who converted from a background steeped in Grecian-Roman Paganism. For now, the information on this Page is the closest to Why we should Not see God in the light we have been that’s been carried down through Church History for Generations. OK?
If the Scriptures don’t say “Hell and Torment” what do they Say if our Lives displease The Lord?
What is the “Second Death?”………….It’s Kinder in Comparison…………..See what Jesus did refer to! And how do we Assure we Will SEE Heaven, according to Jesus? Let’s become Truly Acquainted with The Lord – He who does not put up with Nonsense when we tolerate Sin but Remains a God of Mercy, True to His Nature.
