I just can’t Understand how Anyone who even remotely wants to resemble a Christian could sit themselves in front of Kenneth Copeland and his teaching. It just boggles the mind.
I admittedly did partially fall into this Name It and Claim It style of seeking, pretty briefly, by God’s grace. I found it to be the most miserable time of my Christian Walk.
When l was young l believed everyone on TV. I believe in God and thought no TV Preacher would Lie about the Bible and to the people of God.
When l got older and started reading a Bible and my Eyes were Opened I felt like a fool.
Remember in Exodus 3 when Moses stood before the burning bush, did he act like that?
No, he took his sandals off and cowered in fear. How about Isaiah in the temple when he heard from God?
No, he literally thought that he was going to die because he saw God with his own eyes. I agree with you, these people are not Christians. Thank you for what you do.
The problem in all the examples cited here is the Mistake we can make with Faith Teaching in that we take Subjective Experiences and Make them into a Theology.
Let the Word define our Theology not our Experiences.

Shortly after I became a Christian I was in a Church meeting and my legs became the same length after being different lengths for 50 years. I was not prayed over or touched.
The visiting preacher had a healing ministry, he never even knew what happened to me.
I do believe in Healing and Miracles. God is Almighty and Sovereign, and He does what He wills. Christ died for us, if it is God’s Will for someone to be Healed, that person will be Healed. I do agree that False Teachers should be exposed and I pray that they will Repent.

I feel sorry for you. An Evangelist prayed for my wife and I and we were both healed. I didn’t even tell him about my back injury but God told him and he prayed for me and I was healed. I’m praying that your hurting heart will have a revelation of His Willingness To Heal.
